Abandon Ship Apparel review

Back again so soon? YES I am! AND with another review of a really cool brand @abandonshipapparel (check them out on insta!)

Abandon ship Apparel not only sell great clothes, they have an amazing ethos! The companies owner, Richard Davies, started the brand as a ‘catalyst’ (his word not mine, I’m not that cool) to create opportunities for others. The heart of the company is to help others and they’ve definitely helped to brighten my day, with the clothes and the inspiring message behind them! Okay so, I ordered two t-shirts again (one just isn’t enough!):

Again, I wanted at least one item that had obvious branding and this definitely does the trick! I usually go for black shirts as I’m prone to spilling things on myself but I thought I’d take a risk and jump straight into the deep end with a white t-shirt!

The material feels great quality and the print is nice and crisp! I’m just going to have to be careful about what I wash it with! (another one of my shortfalls!) The fit is perfect for me, I got a mens size small so its oversized on me just how I like it, but I would say the sizing is pretty accurate which is great! This shirt set me back just £20 which I’m more than happy to pay as I love it!

I’ve got to say, this next t-shirt is definitely my favourite! I absolutely love it! It’s actually pretty similar to a tattoo I have on my shoulder so it’s right up my street, plus I love a good back print, if you couldn’t already tell!

Again, the material feels amazing and I couldn’t love the print more, it’s like a gold colour which has a little bit of sparkle in it! The fit is perfect (size small mens) and I’d definitely say it’s true to size! This shirt is actually on sale for £18 right now and it’s 100% worth it!

Overall, I’m beyond happy with my purchases and I’ll definitely be buying more items in the future! Supporting such a great brand is the best part though so make sure you go and check out their website and get yourself some cool stuff!

Hit or Miss Clothing Review

First off, my bank account HATES me! I’ve literally ordered 10 t-shirts in the past week! BUT that means BLOG CONTENT!

ANYWAY, so my very first order from @hitormissclothing came today and I wasted no time trying them on and taking a few pictures! (Check them out on Insta @tequilatrends)

Hit or Miss are a UK clothing brand that ship worldwide, they’re an alternative indie brand, selling women’s and men’s clothing. They’re pretty affordable with T-shirts under £20 and hoodies under £30. They also stock plenty of other items such as hats, bags and sunglasses! I ordered two items:

I literally COULD NOT resist buying this owl t-shirt! I first saw it on Insta and could already hear my bank account crying. I ordered it on the 20th April and it came today on the 25th, 5 days later which, in my opinion is not bad!

I was on my way out when I saw the parcel in my letter box, I was so excited that I couldn’t help but run back in to open it up! I definitely wasn’t disappointed, the material feels great quality, its pretty thick and the print is clear and doesn’t seem like it will be ruined in the wash. I ordered a men’s size small, I generally buy men’s t-shirts as I prefer the fit and they usually suit my style more. However, this is a long line t-shirt and I’m only 5ft so I probably should have got the XS, I actually like the really over-sized look but keep that in mind if you decide to order!

The next item I ordered is this tank. I wanted to go for something that had obvious branding as I love promoting indie brands. The material is great quality, both the shirts feel like they will last a long time so I hope they do! I also got a men’s size small in the tank, its not long line this time but again, I probably should have ordered a XS, nevertheless, I LOVE this tank, It will be perfect for my upcoming holiday and it looks amazing on.

Overall, I’m super happy with my purchases and I’ll definitely be checking out more from Hit or Miss! They’re a great brand and have soooo many cool designs, it’s honestly really hard to choose which to order! Maybe I’ll start a collection!
